Update: The man who shot Mason Hunt has been arrested.
Salt Lake City Police officers are investigating a Saturday shooting in the area of 400 North Starcrest Drive.
Detective Michael Ruff said officers responded about 8 p.m. and found the body of Mason Hunt, 26, who had been shot and killed.
Salt Lake City Police officers are looking for a silver 2007 Infiniti M35 with the license plate number W007VZ, which was stolen after the homicide. Anyone with information on the shooting is asked to call Salt Lake City Police Dispatch at 801-799-3000.
