Feeling overwhelmed by rental application fees? The Salt Lake Tribune wants to hear from you.

We’d like to know what fees and deposits are being charged by Utah landlords.

Rising housing costs and a competitive rental market have made it difficult for many Utahns to find adequate and affordable housing. That process can be even more complicated because of unexpected costs associated with the rental application.

As part of its reporting on housing in Utah, The Salt Lake Tribune wants to hear from renters who have been required to pay fees when applying for a place to live. Please fill out the survey below; if you indicate your willingness, a reporter may reach out with further questions.
