Feds chastise Utah school district for failing to seriously investigate 100 student reports of sex assault and harassment

Alpine School District has signed a resolution agreement and agreed to make significant changes. A report said it had been failing to provide victims with resources and often let teachers accused of misconduct quietly resign.
