Al Hartmann | The Salt Lake Tribune Jeremy Johnson walks to Federal Court in Salt Lake City Tuesday March 14 accompanied by his wife Sharla and lawyer Mary Coporon. He was released from the Salt Lake County Jail on Monday from his contempt of court sentence for refusing to testify at the Swallow trial. But because there's no federal hold on him, he's went out on the town last night. He called his attorneys worried that the Federal Court will claim he tried to escape so he turned himself in for transport back to California to continue to serve his prison sentence.
