With an asking price of $43 million, the 23,000-square-foot house, sits on 30 acres in the South Fork area of Provo Canyon, according to its listing with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty. It boasts six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.

Real estate agent Kerry Oman, with Summit Sotheby’s, said the home was completed in 2014. It was designed by architect Michael Upwall and built by Magleby Construction, he said.
If the owner wants to hang out in their expansive hobbit-hole, the listing mentions several amenities to explore: a climbing wall, basketball and racquetball courts, golf simulator, theater, game lounge, sauna, hot tub and an outdoor pool.

The home’s architecture itself uses “reclaimed barn wood” and “massive timbers,” the listing says, and the inside boasts a modern and clean design.
It’s not the most expensive home in Utah. In June, a house deep in the mountains in Morgan County was listed for $72.5 million, and remains on the market. Last year, a massive house near Deer Valley — the one used as the backdrop for the HBO movie “Mountainhead” — was listed for $65 million, and eventually sold for just under $60 million.
