What’s coming to southern Utah: New businesses and construction projects happening now
Here’s what’s happening in Washington County in November.

With so much happening all over Southern Utah, it sure is tough to keep up. St. George area:
Desert Caddie — Now open at 1664 S. Dixie Dr. in Dixie Commons Plaza. Bluff St. It is double the space and they now offer gelato as well. For more info, check out riggattis.com.Cosmopolitan Grill — Now open! This is Chef Im Kun’s new place at 1091 N. Bluff St. in Sunset Corner. Kun ran the now-closed Aragosta Restaurant Zeppes Italian Ice & Custard — Another new location now open at 1812 W. Sunset Blvd., Suite 2 in their original spot. The new shopping destination is set to open 2027.Pickle Pad & Crave Social Eatery — Just announced! It will replace Downeast Home at 245 Red Cliffs Dr. in the Promenade at Red Cliffs. It will have indoor pickleball courts along with golf simulators and 20+ other types of games and entertainment. It will also include a full restaurant & bar.
