A registered sex offender was arrested Saturday after allegedly exposing his genitals to trick-or-treaters, some of whom were children.

Steven Little, 48, was charged with five counts of lewdness and three counts of lewdness involving a child. Due to his status as a registered sex offender, the eight counts are third-degree felonies, per the Utah criminal code.

He was already on probation for a previous charge of the latter offense.

A Provo police officer received a call Saturday about a possible lewdness incident at a house on the 400 South block of 1144 East in Provo. The officer saw a video taken by a father of one of the children of Little answering his door “completely nude and inviting the little kids to come inside,” according to arrest documents.

Little confirmed to the officer that what was on the video was true, according to documents. Police say five of the victims were over the age of 14, and three of them were under 14. All the victims said they saw Little’s genitals.

Little is being held without bail.
