Have you recently changed your mind about getting the COVID vaccine? Tell The Tribune what made you reconsider.

More than 1.6 million Utahns have gotten at least one shot, but leaders and medical experts say it’s critical that this number continue to rise.

New cases of COVID-19 have rebounded in recent weeks, with 1,500 Utahns testing positive over the weekend and average test positivity rates that Utah hasn’t seen since early March.

State leaders have implored residents to help stem this tide by getting vaccinated but fell short of their goal for 70% of adult Utahns to receive at least one shot by Independence Day.

As part of its reporting on the state’s COVID-19 vaccination effort, The Salt Lake Tribune is interested in learning more about what’s causing people to change their minds about getting inoculated and what sources of information they’ve used to make this decision.
