Overturned watermelon trailer closes part of I-15

A trailer transporting watermelons overturned and caught fire on I-15 on Friday afternoon near mile marker 288 in Draper, causing two lanes of the highway to close.

No one was injured and the semi-truck pulling the trailer was able to detach from the trailer, according to the Utah Highway Patrol.

Two right, northbound lanes of I-15 will likely be closed for three hours.
