On Saturday, state officials learned there was a glitch in the process that allowed 7,200 Utah residents to register for the COVID-19 vaccine even though they were not 65 or older and did not have a qualifying medical condition. Those who were able to register without those requirements later had those appointments canceled.
Were you one of the people who were able to make a vaccine appointment despite not meeting requirements?
Or do you have a pre-existing condition and were unable to make an appointment as a result of the confusion?
If you answered yes to either question, Tribune reporter Scott Pierce would like to talk with you. You can reach him via email at spierce@sltrib.com.
