A car accidently rolled into a Utah reservoir Sunday while the owner of the vehicle got out of his car to take photos, authorities said.

Wasatch County Search and Rescue was asked at 11:05 p.m. to help recover the car from Deer Creek Reservoir, KUTV-TV reported. The car was safely removed, and no injuries were reported.

The owner of the car, who remained unidentified, was on a boat ramp at the state park to take pictures of his car when it began rolling toward the water.

No one was inside the vehicle when it submerged.

“So when the car decided to go for a swim, the owner was out of the car,” the search and rescue department said in a Facebook post. “We are glad everyone is safe and nobody was in the car.”
