Bed, Bath and Beyond has announced plans to close two more of its Utah locations, after closing two others earlier this year.

Stores at Jordan Landing in West Jordan (7142 S. Plaza Center Drive) and in Layton (2159 Harris Blvd.) are on a list of 63 stores in 29 states the company will shutter by the end of 2020.

The two Utah closures come just months after Bed, Bath and Beyond closed two other stores in the state. Locations at the Family Center at Fort Union in Midvale and at the Valley Fair Mall in West Valley City were among 40 stores that shut down earlier this year.

Bed, Bath and Beyond continues to operate stores in American Fork, Logan, Ogden, Orem, Park City, Salt Lake City, Sandy and Washington City.

The company has announced plans to close a total of 200 stores — of a total of 955 — in the United States and Canada. Bed, Bath and Beyond has also announced it will increase its focus on online shopping, and that digital sales increased 82% in the second quarter.
