Orem fire destroys cars, storage units near apartment complex

Four cars and 10 storage units were destroyed by a fire at an Orem apartment complex Monday.

Orem Fire Battalion Chief Shaun Hirst told FOX 13 that the fire started shortly after 4 p.m. at the community near 1500 South and 175 East. Firefighters kept the flames from spreading to nearby apartments.

Officials are investigating the cause of the fire.
