A decomposing body found Sunday on a hiking trail near Victory Road in Salt Lake City is a 51-year-old man who had been experiencing homelessness.
Salt Lake City police officials say Robert Lowry’s body was found by a hiker around 10 a.m. on Sunday. His identification listed his last address as the Road Home shelter, according to Sgt. Keith Horrocks.
