Missing 81-year-old Utah man found riding a bus

The South Salt Lake Police Department canceled a Silver Alert on Monday night for an 81-year-old man they said walked away from the 820 Apartments at 829 W. Creek Bend Drive (3900 South).
Oscar DeLeon was found safe and well just before midnight riding a UTA bus, according to police, and was returned to his home. DeLeon was considered endangered because he has dementia and was out in the cold weather.
According to police, DeLeon had been riding the bus since he walked away from his home about 3 p.m.
