Report of donated dynamite closes Deseret Industries store in Layton

Layton • A Deseret Industries store was evacuated Saturday afternoon after a possible donation of dynamite, according to FOX 13.

Police say a man called dispatch and said that his brother made a donation at the Hillfield Road store that may have unintentionally included dynamite.

Officers searched through donated items when the store closed and a bomb-sniffing dog was used to help.
