Tooele woman found safe after missing for two weeks

Update, Saturday, Nov. 2, 2019: Tooele City Police Department confirmed Friday afternoon that Heather Fullmer has been found and is safe.

Investigators are asking the public for help to find a Tooele woman who was reported missing two weeks ago.

Heather Fullmer, 31, was last seen in Utah County and was reported missing on Oct. 14, Tooele Police wrote in a social media post. Fullmer has medical conditions that prompted officers to determine she could be in danger.

Fullmer is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and 120 pounds, police wrote. She has green eyes, brown hair, and a tattoo on her left side that reads “Roxanne Johanna 5/4/71-2/16/01.”
