Mini-Disney Stores have opened inside 25 Targets across the country — including one location in Utah.
The Target at 11525 Parkway Plaza Drive in South Jordan — in The District shopping center — now features everything from Mickey Mouse to “Frozen” to “Star Wars.”
“Guests will be able to connect with the Disney characters and stories they love in a meaningful way, while accessing the latest and greatest Disney products, including items previously only available at Disney retail locations,” said Mark Tritton, Target’s executive vice president and chief merchandising officer, in a statement.
Target has also announced a new location in Utah. The Minneapolis-based retailer, which operates more than 1,800 stores across the United States, plans to open at 5800 S. Redwood Road in Taylorsville in late 2020.
That’s the site of a former ShopKo, which closed in March after that company declared bankruptcy.
