Photos: Monday at the Utah State Fair means ice cream, a dog show and carnival rides

Festivities continued at the Utah State Fair on Monday, including an all-you-can-eat ice cream social, the Extreme Dog Show, live music and carnival rides. The fair, which began Thursday, will run through Sept. 15 at the Utah State Fairpark.
