No arrests yet in Sandy shooting that left 1 dead and 1 wounded. The victims’ names have been released.

A woman is dead, a man was critically wounded and Sandy Police were searching for the person who shot them on Tuesday night.

Police arrived at a home near 11190 South and Hawkwood Drive to discover the two victims, who were taken to a hospital where the woman died.

They have been identified as Maureen Fiore, 36, and Jeffrey Webster, 38. Webster remained in serious condition on Wednesday afternoon.

Police searched the neighborhood for a shooter. As of Wednesday afternoon, they were “following up on leads” but no arrests had been made.
