Police dive teams brave icy waters in certification training

The Utah Department of Public Safety’s Dive Team and the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office joined forces for a day of ice diving on Wednesday at Deer Creek Reservoir. A total of 30 members from the two departments dove into the icy waters in a joint team training day.
