Overcast skies were no match for the Utah heat with temperatures hovering around 95 degrees Tuesday.
The pool at Kearns Oquirrh Park Fitness center was lined with swimmers searching for some reprieve from the hot day.
Some swimmers braved the fitness center’s 10 meter platform, leaping and flipping into the water far below.
Others got splashed with 1,000 gallons of water poured out of the dumping bucket.
The National Weather Service forecast predicts thunderstorms tonight and Wednesday with clear and sunny skies into the weekend.
