Duane Behrmann, 51, was charged in 1st District Court on Thursday. He faces two counts of third-degree-felony enticing a minor, two counts of second-degree-felony enticing a minor, and class A misdemeanor obstructing justice.

Behrmann was arrested Wednesday after the student’s parents reported what they found to police, according to Cache County sheriff’s Lt. Brian Locke.
