In November, voters chose new leaders, as Provo’s mayor was elected to Congress, while Murray’s retired. Animals at Hogle Zoo got their annual special treats at Feast with the Beasts. High school athletes celebrated their championships, and the Jazz struggled keep up their standing.
Tribune photographs show the starting turn of fall to winter and the start of the holiday season, as ice skating has begun at Gallivan Center and the annual lights at Temple Square were lit.
