The most famous reindeer of all returns to network television for the 53rd consecutive year as CBS rebroadcasts "Rudolph th Red-Nosed Reindeer" (7 p.m., Ch. 2).
Even though the special is available on DVD and Blu-ray, it continues to draw good ratings every year. As it deserves — this remains one of the best Christmas specials on TV.
Also tonight, it's Part 2 of The CW's four-part superhero crossover event on "The Flash" (7 p.m., CW/Ch. 30), which began Monday on "Supergirl." Aliens known as the Dominators attack Central City, and Barry gets help from Supergirl, the Green Arrow and the Legends of Tomorrow — but a shocking secret related to Flashpoint is revealed and suddenly no one is sure who they can trust. Part 3 airs Wednesday on "Arrow."
• And there's a particularly notable episode of "Drunk History" (11:30 p.m., Comedy Central) — Lin-Manuel Miranda (``Hamilton'') tells the story of Alexander Hamilton, his nemesis Aaron Burr and their infamous duel to the death.
