Pop-rock superstar band OneRepublic will be the draw — along with Utah’s biggest fireworks show — when the annual Stadium of Fire concert extravaganza takes place on Wednesday, July 4, in Provo.

Tickets for the show, at LaVell Edwards Stadium on the Brigham Young University campus, will go on sale to the general public Friday at 9 a.m. on the show’s website, stadiumoffire.com, and at the BYU Marriott Center ticket office in Provo.

Members of the Freedom Festival email list can buy tickets a day early, on Thursday.

Launched from Colorado Springs, Colo., OneRepublic is best known for its mega-hit “Counting Stars.” Other singles the band has released include “Apologize,” “All the Right Moves,” “Good Life” and “Love Runs Out.”

Stadium of Fire, marking its 38th year, will entertain some 40,000 people in person, as well as about a million military men and women in more than 100 countries via the American Forces Network.
