A Dunkin’ location is opening soon in West Jordan, in the same parking lot as H Mart, in what used to be an Arby’s restaurant.

The new orange, brown and pink store, at 1410 W. 9000 South, had signs out front that read “Coming soon” as of Tuesday, but a representative for Dunkin’ didn’t provide an opening date on Wednesday. (Formerly known as Dunkin’ Donuts, the brand dropped “donuts” from its name in 2018.)

KUTV reported in 2020 that Dunkin’ had permanently closed seven Utah stores as of that year, including the location across the street from the Main Library in downtown Salt Lake City. However, Dunkin’ opened its location on Hill Air Force Base in 2020.

With the addition of the new West Jordan location, there will be two Dunkin’ stores in Utah, although the public typically can’t access the one on Hill Air Force Base.

In an official statement, Dunkin’ said it was “excited to keep Utah running and be an integral part of the community.”
