Diners often eat with their eyes first. And the tuna tataki ($15) at Soy’s Sushi Bar and Grill in Murray is a dish fit for a king.
Masterfully presented, thin slices of lightly seared bigeye tuna are fanned out and surrounded by bright red tomato slivers and creamy green avocado segments that sit in a citrusy ponzu sauce. A tuft of fresh sprouts and squeeze of lemon round out the intricate flavors that deserve to be savored.
