A reality-show summit is set for Salt Lake City on Saturday night, with cast members of three shows — “Vanderpump Rules,” “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” and “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” — together on the same stage.
The occasion is “Vanderpump Rules” star Scheana Shay’s book tour, as she promotes her memoir, “My Good Side,” with a live event on Saturday at 8 p.m. at The Depot, 13 N. 400 West, Salt Lake City.
Shay announced Monday on her Instagram account that she will be joined on The Depot stage by Lisa Barlow, the tequila magnate and cast member of Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City,” and two cast members from Hulu’s “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives,” Jessi Ngatikaura and Demi Engemann.
The announcement featured a video skit of the four celebrities engaged in a game of telephone tag.
Tickets for Shay’s “My Good Side” Tour Experience are $37, plus fees, are available through The Depot’s web page on LiveNation.com. Fans can also buy tickets to a meet-and-greet for $90.
“My Good Side” will be released Tuesday. According to the book’s publisher, Grand Central, it features behind-the-scenes details of the making of Bravo’s “Vanderpump Rules,” as well as Shay’s thoughts on her experiences as a working actress before her reality TV fame, plus her struggles with fertility and a pregnancy loss before the birth of her daughter in 2021.
It’s not the first instance of crossover among these shows. In 2020, “Vanderpump Rules” cast members Lala Kent and Katie Maloney-Schwartz, both of whom grew up in Utah, made an appearance at a party thrown by Jen Shah on “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.”
Last October, “Real Housewives” cast member Whitney Rose and “Secret Lives” cast member Whitney Leavitt also co-hosted a South Salt Lake preview screening of the movie “Heretic.”
