• The singer Meat Loaf is recovering in an Edmonton hospital, after collapsing onstage while singing "I'd Do Anything For Love." [Vulture]

• Amy Adams is diving into this year's Oscar race. Her sci-fi drama has been given a new title — it's now "Arrival," it used to be "Story of Your Life" — and will open on Nov. 11. [The Hollywood Reporter]
