President Trump’s contempt for Americans is as appalling as it is striking. Never before has this country been led by a president who has such a vile hatred for his fellow citizens. Worse, his contempt for the military, and those who served willingly, despite not serving himself, has been on full display since he ultimately decided to run for president. This president has proven no American is above his attacks, whether it’s a prisoner of war or a Gold Star family. How someone who professes to love America as much as he does can have such a hatred for Americans is beyond me.
