Happy Tuesday. A new immigration fight is splitting the GOP and putting two close allies — Sens. Ted Cruz and Mike Lee — on opposite sides. Cruz and other Senate Republicans are pushing an aggressive immigration crackdown, proposing tougher penalties against foreigners who repeatedly try to enter the United States illegally.
