Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort's annual Customer Appreciation Days promotion begins this weekend. With a donation of a can of food, a personal care item or $3 donation to Wasatch Adaptive Sports, Utahns may ride either Snowbird's Peruvian chairlift or its aerial tram, depending on availability, on any Saturday or Sunday from Oct. 15 through Nov. 6. Rides will be offered from 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. Go HERE for details of this offer.
Last year, Snowbird donated nearly 7,000 pounds – the equivalent of 5,500 meals – to the Utah Food Bank as the result of Customer Appreciation Days. In addition, $2,215 was raised for Wasatch Adaptive Sports.
