The Shops at Riverwoods in Provo is staging a free two-day springtime music festival starting at 2 p.m. Friday, April 8. The festival includes a performance by Megan Joy, a singer from Sandy who was a finalist on American Idol in 2009, the band Sugar Ray and many others. Radio Disney will be at the mall from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, with face painting, balloon artists and giveaways for children. The Shops at Riverwoods is located at 4801 N. University Avenue.
