Posted: 2:05 PM- The biggest international sporting event since the Olympic Winter Games in 2002 will take place at Miller Motorsports Park in Tooele County on May 29-June 1.

The park will host the first FIM Superbike World Championship race - which will feature the teams and riders from one of the top three international racing series - on American soil in four years and is the most significant racing event in the history of the state.

"It is quite an achievement for us, as well as for Tooele County and the State of Utah that the series organizers have chosen to bring this event to our facility," said Alan Wilson, Miller Motorsports Park chief executive and general manager. "We look forward to a very successful event."
