Posted: 11:54 AM- The Jazz could be without Andrei Kirilenko for Monday night's game against the New Orleans Hornets. Kirilenko went to the doctor's office suffering from flu-like symptoms and did not take part in the pregame shootaround.

Kirilenko officially is being called a game-time decision. If he cannot play, the Jazz are expected to start C.J. Miles and keep Matt Harpring and Kyle Korver in their regular roles coming off the bench.

"Any time you miss Andrei, he's definitely a big part of our team," Deron Williams said. "Defensively, he backs us up and he's given us a great offensive spark this year. We'll definitely miss him out there if he doesn't play. He might still play, it's not definite yet."

Kirilenko's streak of five consecutive double-figure scoring games came to an end Saturday. He has been one of the catalysts during the Jazz's NBA-best eight-game winning streak, shooting the ball better than he has in years.

The Hornets boast the Western Conference's second-best record after Phoenix, though they have lost their last two games. Between them, the Jazz and Hornets combined to go 23-4 in January.

Backup guard Jason Hart took part in shootaround but said Jazz coach Jerry Sloan wants him to go through a practice before he returns from a back injury.

Korver, meanwhile, walked out of the locker room wearing a blue No.

10 Eli Manning jersey and bragging that he was going to be paying cash for everything the next few weeks after the Giants' Super Bowl victory.

He offered a lengthy explanation for how a kid from Pella, Iowa, who played in Philadelphia could wind up a Giants fan. It involved a fantasy football team he owned and some overzealous Eagles fans that also were close friends.

"He's worn the jersey for like 10 straight days and he hasn't washed it, so he's pretty nasty," Williams said.
