Iowa ousts Utah from playoffs

Mark Tyndale scored 24 points, and Pat Carroll added 23 as the Iowa Energy defeated the Utah Flash 111-92 on Sunday in Des Moines, Iowa, to win their NBA Development League playoff series 2-1.

Orien Greene had 22 points and 10 rebounds, and Bennet Davis added 20 points and 10 boards for the Flash. Gabe Pruitt and Andre Ingram scored 12 points each, and Kevin Kruger had 10.

Utah led 54-51 at halftime, but Iowa outscored the Flash 25-10 in the third quarter.
