Tax cuts do not cause bridges to collapse (editorial cartoon, Tribune, Aug. 8).
Tax cuts cause job growth and increase tax revenue. Our state and federal governments are collecting more tax revenue than ever. The Bush administration has broken the tax revenue collection record. The state of Utah has to deal with what to do with a surplus. Heaven knows they won't give it back.
Once again The Tribune has shown its disrespect for its readers and assumed we don't know the truth.
