Are the words manners, etiquette and respect gone, or am I living in the past? I entered a 7-Eleven to pay for gas and there were 11 so-called gentlemen in the checkout line. Not one said, Lady, go ahead of me. So I took my 81-year-old body to the end of the line. How times have changed!
