PROVO - A man with a history of filing disability lawsuits is suing a local market for not allowing him to use in-line skates.

A Provo man claims Mercado Latino violated the Americans with Disabilities Act when it kicked him out for using his skates in the store.

He says he skates behind a wheel chair because it's less painful than walking.

Hugo Martinez is the store's owner. He says the man is trying to get rich with a frivolous lawsuit.
