Man arrested in case of porn on MP3 player

Federal agents have arrested a man suspected of misplacing an MP3 player that contained child pornography. Paul Laurence Briggs was taken into custody after he was identified in a surveillance video showing him dropping an object at Denny's restaurant, 250 W. 500 South, in Salt Lake City, agents wrote in a news statement. Another patron gave it to the restaurant manager, who found memory cards containing images of "possible child pornography," agents wrote. Surveillance video aired on TV, and viewers identified Briggs, agents wrote. He was arrested on a warrant for failing to register as a sex offender.
