Posted: 6:49 AM- AMERICAN FORK - Fans of the California burger chain In-N-Out Burger say Chadders in American Fork is the closest you can get to an In-N-Out burger in Utah.

But that may not be the case soon, and the greasy California-based institution is taking exception to Chadders similar style.

In-N-Out has filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against Chadders.

In-N-Out says everything from Chadders building to its menu is a rip-off of In-N-Out Burger.

They say even the way the food at Chadders is packaged is the same.

Now a federal judge will decide if Chadders is too similar.

In-N-Out Burger has plans to open their first Utah location near St. George by early 2008.
