It will be warmer on Thursday and Friday — with high temperatures expected to hover in the low 50s — with a chance of rain expected on Friday.

The NWS advises that winds could reach 50 miles per hour on Wednesday and Thursday in Uintah County and at high peaks in the northern mountains.

In St. George, the high temperature is expected to reach 54 degrees. It will get slightly warmer as the week goes on, with high temperatures of 59 degrees expected Wednesday, 61 on Thursday and 66 degrees on Friday.
