A hot, windy Saturday gives way to an even hotter, windier Sunday.

Salt Lake City can expect a high temperature of 91 on Saturday, followed by 95 on Sunday, according to the National Weather Service. Winds ranging from 5-14 mph will arrive in Saturday afternoon and last into the night, while stronger winds of 10-15 mph will hit the same time on Sunday.

St. George, meanwhile, will see a peak temperature of 99 on Saturday, with light and variable winds. Sunday follows that up with a high of 100 and 6-14 mph winds in the afternoon and evening, according to the weather service.

The wind along the Wasatch Front won't do much for its air quality. Salt Lake and Davis counties have compromised air quality Saturday and Sunday, with a "moderate" rating, according to the Utah Division of Air Quality. Weber County joins them Sunday, too.
