It's a blustery Easter Sunday for much of the state.

The west-central and southwestern valleys could see winds of 25 to 35 mph, with gusts up to 55 mph, according to the National Weather Service.

Strong cross winds will create difficult travel conditions along west-to-east routes. These winds may reach as far north as Interstate 80 by late Sunday afternoon.

Gusty southwest winds will continue into Monday across southern Utah, according to the weather service. Salt Lake City can expect a high of 67 Sunday, followed by 58 on Monday. St. George, meanwhile, will see highs of 77 and 72, respectively.

There's a moderate risk for avalanches in the Logan-area mountains, as well as a low risk in the Uintas, according to the Utah Avalanche Center.
