Letter: Taking on drug companies and drug prices should be a top priority

My husband and I just picked up a prescription at a local pharmacy. It is good we both retired from jobs where we earned a decent living. So, how can a person survive by paying the current medication prices? Let’s face it, this is one thing our president should place as a top priority and take on the drug companies. It is really almost, if not, a crime what the drug manufacturers charge. I’m sure there are many more of our U.S. citizens that feel the same way.
