The Utah legislators calling for the censure of Sen. Mitt Romney are shocked. Shocked I say for someone of his elevated political stature to take his constitutional duty as an impartial impeachment juror seriously and to vote his conscience. That is unimaginable to them. They would never allow something so esoteric and foreign to them as a conscience interfere with their unbridled political ambition.
