As a former Utah Republican, I am appalled that the people of Utah have elected to the senate a duplicitous snake in the form of Mitt Romney. I am ashamed that I supported him in 2012.
Romney goes to President Trump and solicits his support to fill the Senate seat being vacated by Orrin Hatch. Romney gets that support, accepts that support and, as soon as he has the seat sewed up, turns around and stabs the president in the back.
That is the hallmark of a man devoid of integrity. That is a man as lacking in integrity as any of today's Democrat leaders. Romney should change his party affiliation.
Also, it appears that Sen. Mike Lee has sold out as well, with his Senate Bill 386, the Fairness for High-Skilled Immigrants Act, which is a direct attack on American workers.
So sad. Apparently, Utah has been Californicated.
