We are two senior citizens who enjoy the ballet performances at Marriott Dance Center. So today, the weather was nice and we were looking forward to the fall matinee performance at the center. But we didn’t think that the football craze would take over the whole parking lot at the library and the dance center. We were told to drive up to the hospital and take TRAX both ways!

Don’t you think it would have been a good idea to keep at least two rows of parking for the people who wanted to enjoy the ballet? There was still ample room. We were at the venue at 1 p.m. The attendant saw that we are elderly.

Maybe in the future one could leave some space for art patrons and not only for football enthusiasts.
