Rep. Kraig Powell explained in his op-ed July 1 that new laws must be enacted regarding reproduction and parenthood for gay and lesbian couples now that the darn Supreme Court has said those people could be married.
Is this a joke? Are you serious, Rep. Powell? Please find another matter of concern to occupy your self-righteous mind. Lesbian and gay couples will have kids like any other couple. Reproduction, surrogacy, and adoption are private concerns and they should stay that way.
